1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
